Advancing in STARR

All Capsuleers accepted into STARR undergo an initial period as a Recruit.  While a Recruit the only benefit you enjoy from STARR is the 5% tax rate.  After a week or so you will be promoted to Member.  At this time it is a simple matter or sending Pakor Ishigawa an Eve mail (or one at starr.evecorp@gmail.com) which includes the ships that you can fly that qualify you for various titles described HERE under Hierarchical Control Structure.  Advancement higher up the ranks beyond those with ship requirements are based on what the individual Capsuleer enjoys doing, demonstrated commitment to the corporation and desired level of responsibility.
